How To Use

1. PREPARE :

Spray the oil into the palm of your hand. Heat the oil by pressing it between both palms.

2. APPLY:

Apply the oil with both hands. Perform smoothing movements starting from the ankles and moving up towards the waist, then in the same way, from the wrists towards the shoulders, and finally from the lower abdomen upwards.
